Terms of Use

By using DataSurfer, you agree to the following conditions published for the current service.

1. Sessions are public.

   A submitted link and the ride information exposed through it — including the rider nickname, telemetry and available setup details — can be viewed by anyone in the public report.

2. The service is free.

   DataSurfer is currently free to use and is built as a community project.

3. Refresh is not immediate.

   A submitted ride may appear in the public report in as little as about one minute, although full processing can sometimes take longer.

4. The project is provided “as is”.

   Charts and interpretations are informational. DataSurfer does not guarantee a diagnosis and does not replace qualified hardware inspection or professional advice.

5. Use shared data responsibly.

   Only submit session links you are entitled to share. Do not use the service to expose another rider's data without a lawful reason.

6. Removal and privacy requests.

   Email info@datasurfer.app to ask about a ride or request removal. Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
